Pros
-Team makes the job enjoyable.
Cons
-Pays minimum wage and a subsidized version of corporate Comcast's commission. -The management is really good at seeming like the have your back until they have a bad sales day then they encourage managers to replace employees. -Going to your regional manager about help, issues, or concerns is a waste of time. -The mindset of bringing the store pizza to save face and morale, only to be there for the purpose of restructuring a store is a slimy tactic. -The toxic "winning mindset" agenda received daily is not motivating, it's demoralizing when you're constantly compared to other people and the "what if's" -Constant communication with certain departments and the people in those departments always ends in getting multiple people involved just to get things resolved. -Company refused to pay hazard pay when we were faced with the COVID pandemic (we remained open the entire time), but luckily we got offered water bottles with the company logo on them. No employee value here whatsoever. -You will always be a number. -I've seen atleast 10 store managers get fired when every one of them has requested assistance but never received it. -The company doesn't value outspoken individuals no matter how beneficial they are to the company.
