Pros

They tell you that it is possible to work your way up quickly and entice you with supposed loads of money you will eventually be making. They are also very good at making people learn things in a VERY short amount of time.

Cons

There is no such thing as a balance between work and life. They tell you that you would start at 11 and end at 8:30, but in reality, they make you come in for unpaid training meetings at 9:30. You then play games after the meeting, that you also don't get paid for. That makes it so you are there a full 5 hours of unpaid working time, since you would be a door-to-door salesman that works on commission and you start at 1:30. One could have another job at that rate. The leadership is also very poor. Many are uneducated (have not graduated high school) and act very conceited. The company just produces uneducated power-hungry salespeople who do not take no for an answer. They are very pushy. If you don't have a life and would like to be forced to play games when you could make money elsewhere and you don't have an education, I would say go for it. It would be a great opportunity for you. Everyone else, I have been a maid and can say cleaning pee was more fun than being forced to come in and not be paid for something that does not pertain to the job at all.

Pros

Just as the title says, I love the team environment. This is the first job I've EVER had where I didn't dread going to work on a daily basis. I truly enjoy helping other people set goals and achieve them in both their personal and professional level. I understand why teachers do what they do, there is a lot of satisfaction in being past of other people's development.

Cons

The hours are different, its not a 9-5, but they are very reasonable.

Pros

Brickstone was a wonderful experience. I was looking for a change from accounting to a funner environment in the business world, specifically in sales and marketing. I got a lot of experience in sales, marketing and training other people. I highly recommend them, if you are looking for more experience. The only reason I left was because I moved out of state.

Cons

The hours are steady, but not 9 to 5. Just depends on the person, I guess.
