Company is very supportive to employees and help them is every possible ways to excel in career. I quite this firm in 2006 but when I asked for help from its HR after 7 years I got prompt response. I can surely say that very few firms are keen to help ex-employees. Apart from this I had very good experience with this firm while I was working. They welcome new ideas and provide opportunities to employees as per their potential regardless of years of experience. I joined this firm when I had 2 years of experience but still got opportunity to take part in design and got work to my appetite.

I found Middle management less technical and more people management oriented which I believe is not ideal for any techie dev.

Benefits like food (already part of CTC)

Ethics - HR actually asked to give fake review about the company just to be in "Best place to work" Company was sold and management openly lied about it but truth came out within 6 months when all the Owners left.
