double standards of management no benefits given part time even you work as 40hr employee wage increment is worst 0.25cent per year exploitation of new employees especially immigrants no commission or bonus even if exceed the target you still get a displianary letter for even being late 2 mins, make your point valid to supervisor will be taken as offensive and give a letter.
