Busy Eye Practice - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Brevard Eye Center Employee Review

I have been an employee for less than a year and have done previous work in this field and I have to say it is the best by far. I plan to stay for as long as they'll have me :) Some great qualities include flexibility, good pay, amazing teamwork (which makes the dream work), good morale, open door policy, to name a few. I have met some amazing people to work alongside with and thankful to call some of them friends. It's nice to feel appreciated. Come to work with a smile and good attitude, do your job to the best of your ability, and you'll go far.

I guess the only thing I would say would be a "con" is that it's M-F. It's hard cause you have to request time off if there's something you need to do during the week.

This company will give you the opportunity to grow. They actually listen to you. They are fair when you have any problems, and will always try and help find a solution. I have worked in this feild for 10 years now, and this company is more than just counting patients. The people who work here really care. They care about you, about the patients, and about the overall growth of the practice. As long as you work hard, show up, and do your job, you will not have a problem here! I truly love working here.

Unfortunately as of this moment we are understaffed. I can honestly say that it is not because of the company. We are a big company and continue to grow, however there are certain employees who you just cant count on, just like any other practice you work at.
