Pros
Structured organization with efficient systems. Flexible and accommodating schedule. Team support. Always feel appreciated by everyone at the company. Unlimited continuing education courses and PT learning. There were PTS that have been practicing for over 20 years and were never certified in anything until they started working here.
Cons
Sometimes, I thought management was too accommodating for a staff member who was taking too much time off.
