Pros

-Nice benefits -Company car -There is room for advancemnt in the company, since its so big. This can include going to another country, however I would only recommend this if you're going into management.

Cons

- X number of calls per day, is enforced by management. Minimum 50 hours per week. -Sales manager is consistently up your rear end -Company has marketing/telemarketers called Brenntag Solutions group, who many times pester buying customers with new products they dont need, and strain relationships. This loses accounts. -Mandatory gradual price increases often makes company non-competetive, losing buisness to Pride, Univar, etc. -Suppliers consistently can't meet supply (such as fumed silica), losing buisness to domestic competitors.

Cons

Too many unnecessary office employees, and management. Driver facing cameras. Childish policies. A lot of brainstorming that mostly revolves around how to blame a driver or how to take money back out of drivers pockets in favor of paying people in the office whose jobs should be consolidated or replaced. They started paying more after Covid because their hand was forced, then the big minds got together and made new policies to take more than half of that money back from the driver and people who work overtime because clearly those people aren’t smart enough to figure that out and will just take it.
