      warm and friendly people, not afraid to talk about their faith, put family first, great benefits-healthcare package is in the upper caliber, vacation and sick days, profit sharing, rewarded and recognized for good performance, provide cell phone and uniforms. Christmas party with family invited.

      wish there was a day care on grounds, wish it was closer to my home

      Pros

      Starting pay is decent. Plenty of opportunity for overtime.

      Cons

      Completely disorganized management. Managers don't seem to care about the employees. Benefits are horrendous. Vacation days are nearly non existent. Work environment is filthy and depressing.
