Management does not care you can go to them with a problem and they will tell you “oh that’s not my department” sorry but it’s team work relay the message to your colleagues. Also drivers have been complaining about buried cases and routing but yet, they never want to seem to fix it. A stop that should take you 10 min can take you up to an hour because your cases are 2 rows back. You go and tell management they come back and say thanks for the communication. Then your truck will be the same the next day with buried cases. Not only is this taking so long for drivers to get their stops done, this makes them more fatigued and more likely to get injured which has been happening more and more in the Denver location.
The managers do not communicate with each other. For example, you go into work in the morning get your day going. You have a problem with your truck and have to go to the shop to get it fixed. You are now 2 hrs behind on your route. You call and let the morning manager know. He says ok try your best. Day is suppose to be coming to an end but you still have 10 more stops you call the night manager ask if they are going to send help. He has no idea what is going on. So you are now stuck working a 14hr day. Because your morning supervisor didn’t communicate with the night supervisors.
There is no team work here either cause managers use to write you up for going to help other drivers so now that just depleted the team work.
