Pros
The culture here is truly special. There is a strong emphasis on community, from Employee Resource Groups to thoughtful programming led by the Employee Experience team, both globally and at the local office level. It genuinely feels like leadership invests in building connection, not just performance. The people are what make it exceptional. I have never worked with a group that is this consistently smart, driven, kind, and authentic. Hiring standards are clearly very high, and it shows in the caliber of teammates across the company. It creates a collaborative, high-performance environment where you are constantly learning from the best. I also genuinely believe in our co-founders, Bill and Jon. Their vision for the product and long-term strategy feels intentional and thoughtful. There is strong technical leadership at the top, and it gives confidence in where the company is headed.
Cons
Internal upward mobility can feel challenging at times, particularly around compensation adjustments for promotions. While growth opportunities exist, pay progression does not always feel aligned with the level of responsibility taken on, which can be discouraging for high performers.
