Attorney for far too long - Associate Attorney Brayton Purcell Employee Review

Every aspect of this company is miserable. Managing partners are miserable, greedy people, who are paid far too much and take advantage of new attorneys to line their pockets while they pay them nothing to do all their work. They make no effort to hide the opinion that the employees are expendable and can be easily replaced. To the point that it is said in meetings that are intended to promote morale. Upper management attorneys treat those under them with extreme disrespect. Constantly reprimanding, yelling (literally) and demeaning them. They in turn, do the same to those that work beneath them. The disgusting culture perpetuates itself over and over and has engulfed every corner of the firm. The entire place is void of appreciation and respect for others.
