Interviewed with dept head over the phone which took around 30 minutes. After this portion they let me know that I would be interviewing with one of the partners at a later scheduled date. Then I interviewed with one of the partners via Zoom for about 30 minutes. Both interviews allowed for a significant amount of questions.

Question 1
They asked about my experience, educational background, they asked about my five year plan.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brayton Purcell
Interview
I applied online - I emailed my resume to their HR department. About a week later, I was contacted for a phone screening, and then invited to an in-person interview.
Overall the process was very straightforward and simple.
After a second in-person interview, I was offered a position.
There are a few reviews on here saying that their benefits are decent....I beg to differ, though I can only speak for the benefits they offer through Kaiser.
After doing the math, I found that insuring just myself would eat through almost half of my monthly take-home pay. It would be one thing if the plan were decent, but it's a REALLY high-deductible plan, so I might as well just not be insured and pay out of pocket if I have to go to the hospital. I would likely spend less by paying the hospital directly, than I would in a year of their monthly insurance costs + deductible.
That, combined with the beyond dismal morale of the place (see employee reviews), made me turn down the job.

Interview
I applied through Craigslist got a call a few weeks later from HR. Had an informal phone interview and set up a in-person interview. I was interviewed by 3 attorneys at the firm and it was very informal, more like a conversation than an interview. Very pleasant.
