- Little to no mentorship or support for staff level - 'figure it out yourself' mentality
- Loose leadership structure with zero mid- or upper-level promotions during my tenure which gave a poor sense of your future growth within the company.
- Owner is young but VERY old school (we're talking suit fittings in his office, golf trips, country club, private planes, treating admin. staff like a family personal assistant, etc.)
- Highly change-averse culture
- No female or minority leadership or role models
- Projects are staffed very thin, leaving staff overwhelmed and clients sometimes dissatisfied
