Pros
I enjoyed the people and the culture. Genuinely interesting customers. I particularly enjoyed working with the public sector. Nice to be part of young vibrant team who enjoyed the perks of a Friday afternoon bar!
Cons
Not a great chance of a progression. Bravo played on its previous standing as a small business but over the course of my time there that changed and it couldn't quite maintain what it initially set out to do and be. It lost some of its local charm as it got more global.
