Pros

Work on creative and interesting projects. CD has lots of great ideas. You will hone your skillsets. You get the freedom to propose new idea and try new things.

Cons

If this is your first job, this might not be the right place for you. You’ll be expected to perform at a certain level, and there will be days when you’ll need to OT. At times, management may not have a clear direction, which can lead to confusion on projects.

Pros

• Get to do fun work, you get quite alot of creative-freedom. Definitely a place where you can advance your skills. • Usually attracts good people so you get good colleagues. • Headed by a great creative director, respected in local industry. • No strict regiments or boss-employee hierarchy on Creative side hence relaxed/free environment.

Cons

• Perhaps not a place where you can expect your growth to be looked-out for. • Job advancement/prospects feels stagnant. • Not a place to recognise your efforts in tangible ways, had a hard time obtaining an increment. I have not received any bonuses or 13th month supplement. • Loyalty is not the most valued (if thats something you personally value). • Feels like only the company's progress is considered whereas employees' growth are neglected. • Leadership in company has big dreams and visions however the company plans frequently not relayed properly, either that or due to lack of transparency. • Lacking in processes/structure as there is no HR, Finance, etc. A lean team, basically boutique sized.
