Pros

coworkers are mostly great to work with, and believe in the mission. decent (not great) health insurance benefits.

Cons

management constantly requires people to give feedback, and even internally reports on some of that feedback, but never acts on it in any meaningful way. for example, employees were widely against the return to office in-person policy after 2 years of working remotely during the ongoing pandemic, but management held a captive audience meeting to talk down to everyone about why it was so important to be in-person. employees are overworked and underpaid, and management talks big about "personal/professional alignment", but very much enforces working (unpaid) overtime to get everything done that you couldn't finish during the week because of all the required meetings. the company also held a mandatory week-long in-person "retreat" in the middle of a pandemic, after which many people predictably got sick. turnover rates in the organization are very high, with some roles consistently lasting only months before people burn out, find new jobs, and are replaced. when they mention during interviews that Braven "isn't a typical 40 hour/week job", they're not exaggerating.
