Rabbi Kastan is a terrific head of school. He knows where he wants to go. The faculty is very close-knit.

Very little negative to report

Many of the teachers here are exceptional, dedicated, and truly passionate about early childhood education. Their commitment to nurturing young Jewish minds creates a warm and supportive peer environment.

Micromanagement and excessive control tactics by the early childhood administration hinder creativity and autonomy in the classroom, stifling the potential for innovative teaching methods. Moreover, the attitude of the pre-kindergarten supervisor suggests that the teachers and assistant teachers are viewed as easily replaceable, fostering a demoralizing sense of expendability among the staff.
