Amazingly nice and supportive people Great company culture Training provided is fantastic, they put so much effort into it Truly a supportive environment where they'll work with you about time off for family, emergencies, etc Room for growth or moving to different positions if you want
Cons
Honestly not really any for the company. Call center work can be draining but that's true anywhere, and I feel like they make it as good as it can possibly be.
