As a long tenured employee, I really appreciate your willingness to provide feedback. I am glad to hear that you still find the benefits and PTO competitive, but I am sorry that your experience has been that the culture is no longer inspiring. I know there has been a lot of change during your tenure here, and I'm sorry that you're witnessing animosity and ego amongst our leadership.
