Nice benefits packages and had a chance to make connections with some nice people
Cons
Very weak management who is not able to create a clear strategy, execute it and be responsible for the outcome. Almost all initiatives failed, and currently, the company is in chaos mode. No one from management feels responsible for it, and when employees are laid off, management is untouchable. Terrible work/life balance.
