      Pros

      I work and have worked with some amazing, talented people that will forever be family.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is completely out of touch with reality and quite honestly if they really cared they would make an effort to actually connect with employees, take action on issues, hold leaders accountable, and get rid of the incompetent. Just like glitter, the shine at this company is superficial. Favoritism takes precedence over results. Old school, be happy you have a job mindsets over people, creativity and growth. There is zero leadership development or professional development for anyone other than entry-level employees. The HR function is a joke...incompetence at its finest. No accountability with operations leaders. Forget trying to get an HR issue resolved.
