      Great Training (both onsite and at corporate); Fun Atmosphere; Competitive Pay (with great rewards systems); Support from Senior Management; As a growing company, many opportunities for advancement; Opportunities to assist at other properties to gain knowledge;

      Cons

      Software varies from property to property, which makes it difficult sometimes to reach out for assistance; Very paper heavy on site (applications, leases, approvals), Employee discount can only be used at own property, which is understandable since each site has their own individual owners.
