Pros
Some decent coworkers who are trying to make the best of the situation.
Occasional flexibility in work hours.
Cons
The company has serious management issues that make it nearly impossible to succeed or feel motivated. There is a complete lack of clear direction from leadership, which leaves employees scrambling to figure out what the actual goals are. It feels like we're constantly chasing after shifting priorities, which leaves us overworked and frustrated.
Management doesn't seem to know how to prioritize tasks effectively, and instead, there’s a constant cycle of urgent but poorly thought-out initiatives. This has led to unnecessary pressure and burnout. Rather than having clear discussions or guidance, it often feels like decisions are being made in the dark, with no real feedback loops or room for employee input.
The lack of structure and communication has created a toxic environment where people are expected to perform without understanding the bigger picture or how their work fits into the company's long-term objectives. In the end, everyone is left feeling overwhelmed and undervalued, which contributes to an overall lack of morale.
