Pros
-If you're looking to start your career/pivot into Commercial Real Estate, Boxer is for you. They will hire folks with little to no experience. -Full medical/dental/vision, 15 days of PTO. -Not expected to work outside of business hours (8:30am-5:30pm M-F).
Cons
-5 days per week in-office -Some of the prospects and tenants that you will interact with on a daily basis are abrasive and unprofessional. Boxer is one of the few office landlords that does not require background or credit checks for their tenants. Do with that information as you wish. -Most of the buildings are old, outdated, and have ongoing maintenance issues that upper management will do nothing about. Be prepared to have consistent complaints from tenants. -Below-market base salary, monthly bonus is capped even if you are a top performing rep. -Opportunities for internal career advancement are essentially non-existent. -Management is extremely toxic and it starts at the very top. -Communication between depts is silo'd and sharing opinions/ideas on how to improve business processes is heavily discouraged.
