I am so grateful for the opportunities I have been given at BoxBrownie.com - I started as entry level administration almost 5 years ago and have worn many hats in this company. I now work with an amazing team of HR administrators, all while continuing to upskill and learn each day. Flexibility is also a huge pro for me, as a mother, BoxBrownie.com allows me to handle those unexpected days you get as a parent. The trust the company has in me, gives a great deal of job satisfaction, my leaders are approachable, understanding and kind. I have a voice at the table and that means a lot.
Cons
There are no cons that are of BoxBrownie.com's fault, I am the type of employee that adds a lot of pressure to myself to do well and give my all to my employer. Any hurdle I do face is quickly addressed which is lovely.
