Pros

5) Payment is reliably accurate and always on time.
6) Upper management is always willing to listen to new ideas.
7) Assuming you enjoy getting out and talking to people, this is a very fun job.
8) They consistently hire from with, so there's always a possibility for advancement.
Cons
1) This is a direct sales position and it involves cold calling local businesses, in person and (to a lesser degree) by telephone. It can be a lot of fun, but it's not for everyone. If you're not comfortable with the concept of cold calling, this may not be the best option for you.
2) The position requires self-discipline and a solid work ethic. If you lack these traits, it could be a challenge for you.
3) This is a contract position, so you need to be willing and able to plan for your own taxes.
