Pros
The members are overall great tippers, but some are characters. Hourly + service charge on everything but some members know and will not tip based upon service charge.
Cons
New management had zero training period so many details and processes are not followed or unknown, seemingly make little effort to get to know members and employees, resulting in confusing work environment at several points in time.
