Work-life balance is respected here; I've rarely felt pressured to work unreasonable hours, and flexible arrangements are supported. There is real scope to grow if you take initiative — cross-functional exposure across frontend, backend, and deployment gives you a rounded skill set quickly. Diversity of thought is welcomed and inclusion is something teams actively practice.
