      I must say only a few reviews here that are not at all true: Boswell utilizes an ATS and on-line fillable applications for some years now. The Leadership Team and Department Heads consistently embrace growth & new mindsets as well as physical & cultural change!

      Very knowledgeable and helpful managers/supervisors, as well as colleagues. Everyone I interact with is friendly and always willing to help, and a perfect mix of professional and casual.

      Cons

      The company seems a little old-fashioned. However, this could be very common throughout the civil engineering industry.
