Pros

There are a few good people who work at the company - if they are still there. Sometimes a good A/V project will come through the door.

Cons

Boston Productions is a poorly managed top heavy company that works its best employees 70 hour weeks till they burnout and move on. Coming from the AV department, there are never enough resources and the owners don't see that there are serious work culture problems at the company. AV department is a mess and constantly specifies wrong equipment. The owner has his hands in A/V at random times which causes even more confusion since typically he doesn't listen to clients. I unfortunately would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe entry level to gain experience, but this is not an A/V or production company for professionals or that delivers professional quality work and A/V installations.
