Pros
Ability to help couples build families. Generous Paid time off (Holidays and Benefits). It will be much needed for all of the stressful work load.
Cons
Heavy work load, lack of management support, favoritism and absolutely NO room for growth. I worked at Boston IVF for over 3 years and never seen or heard of a promotion. Yearly employee evaluations consist of a maximum of a .2% raise. Both employees and patients are treated like a number.
