The company used to be a great place to work, which is why it got a 2 stars. It also has a good time off policy and good benefits. When the original CEO who started the company was there, things were great, but once he left everything went downhill. They've had 4 CEOs in recent history and the place is just a complete mess now. Management is completely lost and there is no sense of direction since the company has grown. The mission is great and it is very rewarding work at time, but they use that to their advantage and try to hire young people straight from college to suck into their mission statement. I have seen so many people work free overtime and buy things for patients with their own money. If you feel uncomfortable doing things like that, they shame you and make you feel bad since the patients are homeless. There is no sense of boundaries between patients and staff and staff are disrespected and treated poorly on a regular basis with the expectation that they take it.
