1. Founder pretends to hire full-time employees at "good" compensation in other regions outside of India and Spain with the intent of having them do specific projects and stealing their ideas, but with no intention of keeping them. 2. An ethical founder would make it clear he wants a contractor rather than a salaried employee, but he tricks people into doing what he needs at the time by falsely offering a full-time job. 3. He does not keep them for even a year in order to avoid bonuses and stock grants.
