Pros
if you are inadequate in your job and your best skill is to skate on what you think you might know and have the type of degree that wouldn't allow you to work in any other company, this is the place for you. You will never survive in the real world with another company.
Cons
Too much emphasis placed on education versus experience. High level management changes have resulted in an influx of Russian citizens who are very unprofessional, do not know American labor laws, nor do they care. Compliance? I don't think that word exists in the Russian language. Too many American citizens have lost their jobs and the others took a hefty pay cut to accommodate the inflated Russian salaries.
