Internal training of a variety of types is available, in-person, online, self-paced. Funding for external training is also available. Assessment process is focused on feedback, it is a 360 degree assessment process involving substantially more that manager input. At the Associate level four to five weeks of vacation are available, as well as health insurance, and ten percent profit sharing at the end of the year, long-term disability insurance and life insurance are also available.
