CustomInk --- the Virginia-based company that created Booster.com is well-known as an employee's employer. They care about their own people and show it through offering a solid benefits package, company sponsored education and training, lots of fun company events

In 2017, Booster's operations will be consolidated into CustomInk's Virginia offices. Thus positions previously based in Newton, MA will move south.

Above all else, Booster's mission is really to help individuals and nonprofits fundraise with apparel easier, so it's great to know you are doing good all day. The employees that work here are really good people, making it easy to collaborate. It's a start up with the security of an established company that has a wonderful work culture.

Because Booster is only a couple of years old there are certainly growing pains, but this also provides for the opportunity to problem solve, and learn a lot outside of your role.
