Pros
Everyone in the Company (whether a team head or an analyst) is willing to jump in at any stage of a project to help with any and all tasks (big or small) to get to the finish line. We are one team, and everyone is a team player. It also helps that it is very rewarding to work to innovate how the world thinks about and builds insurance products. I joined during the Pandemic, and so began in a remote environment. The onboard was seamless and I was made to feel like a part of the Company from the very first day. The Company has been extremely supportive during this difficult time, providing the tools we need to work efficiently from home, while also providing emotional support and understanding that it is not easy to work from home isolated from your colleagues and family. Oh, and they provide remote snacks! There are great perks provided across the board (in a Pandemic or not).
Cons
I haven't been able to meet my colleagues in person yet because of the Pandemic! Boost takes its employees' health seriously, and so we've been remote until we can safely return to the office.
