Pros
Great city but that doesn't translate into Boone. "I believe in Boone" is a joke anymore. Check their other page "Boone Hospital" for honest reviews
Cons
Management has no accountability, alienates the staff still working there. Worked there for over 10 years and unfortunately the move from BJC to independent will eventually kill them. Every unit is understaff, turnover is high, patient outcome cannot be that great. If you enjoy feeling like your job makes no impact on healthcare, this is the place for you
