I have been working for Bookboon for almost 4 years now. Leadership is very friendly, very accessible, easy to talk to, and understanding. The colleagues, even though we are spread out throughout the world, are friendly and feel like family. Salary is comparable to other companies. The company is growing quickly, and if you deliver the results you are expected to, so does your salary. That is my experience year on year so far. The flexibility is great. If you have children, or need some time off for one reason or another, they are very accommodating.
