Small team - can be a con if it’s not your preference but I considered it a pro!

Good quality products and location was easy to get to.

Extremely toxic workplace. Highschool like cliques are formed despite everyone being adults. They preach they are the ‘best workplace and everyone would kill to work there’ but this may just be the most toxic place I’ve worked at. No matter how hard you work, your efforts won’t be acknowledged. Rank is a huge issue, where you won’t get invited to events or included in things if you aren’t of the same ‘work status’. Went to HR to share my issues and they spoke to me just once to ‘tick a box’ and avoided me the rest of the time there. HR is definitely for the business and not the people. They did not fix a thing and it seems they would rather you suffer than impact the business. Despite having worked there for 3 years, my work was not acknowledged nor was I given any farewell. The people I worked with closely didn’t even say goodbye and I left like it was any other workday.
