      Good benefits, if you can make it past 90 days but most likely they will fire you because they want to hire someone from their family instead

      Cons

      If you aren't a family member or a close friend of the family that runs the place you won't be there that long. Mechanics are hired and fired daily plus people quit super fast because its a mess over there

      No micro managing People were nice Hours were decent

      Cons

      Upper management (4-5 people) get six figures plus, everyone else is $15-$18/hr, no matter what your role, credentials, experience, or type of work. They don't have the money to hire good talent Employee turnover rate his high because of the low pay
