Pros
The best reason to work for Bonfe is the stability. The pay is not just the only important part of being an employee here at Bonfe BUT we all know that you cant survive off just a smile and a good work environment. Although that is exactly what you get working for Bonfe, it is the pay that makes working so hard worth it in the end. I feel appreciated when I come to work, I feel like family when I am in need. I have so much support with what I want to accomplish within the company and outside of the company. I have a family outside of my own, Company Presidents that attend my children games when they themselves have children and a company to run just to show how much they support you at work and outside of work. Company events are a great way to show appreciation and we have so much fun as a team at work and events held by the company. I have support when I need time off to get things done as a single parent. I have never worked for a company that not only cares about their customers but the employees that serve them every day. I would say to anyone as I often do at the grocery store or out with family for dinner, APPLY AT BONFE! You wont be disappointed. The respect of others and the customers that we serve using our CORE VALUES and the pride the owners take maintaining that, is amazing and exactly where you want to be.
Cons
There are none for me! I can honestly say that I am happy with my job and the people that I work for and with. I wouldn't want to be any where else in life, for the past two years I have been maintaining a stable household because of the pay structure set in place to make us better as an employee so that we make the company better for the customers. I love my job!!!
