30 min break is nothing when you work 12.5 hour shifts Really need new vital signs and other equipment. Hospital is very out to date I think management should speak to nurses and get feedback on CNAs, not all CNAs work the same. Some actually try a lot harder and take pride in their work, but get treated the same as the ones who are extremely rude to patients, and the ones who obviously do the bare minimum. Some of the aides deserve to be paid better
