Pros

No Pros - some staff members were nice.

Cons

Look at Companies House at History of company employment status - many leaders acting in De Facto - important. Untransparant information from interview stage to initial contract (including team you will have, role specificiations etc.) HR department is not impartial - they will conduct official meetings to action none of the agreed action points. Little to no onboarding. Do not question any othe senior team - you will be met with false tasks sent to HR, lies, unprofessional calls from to your mobile phone (unrecorded) to make up with other said senior teams who fabricate tasks that you haven't fulfilled, which will be sent only to HR, to be able to build a fabricated 'professional business' case upon dismissal. Look at turnover rates - alarmingly high given industry average and telling of the culture you would be entering.

Pros

Nice colleagues, but that doesn't pay the bills

Cons

Burning through a recent £7M investment by over-hiring and over-promising. The CEO is completely clueless and operating on a different planet—he loves to talk the talk on LinkedIn about leadership and growth, but in reality, his incompetence is ruining what could be a genuinely good business. He specifically favored his network of ex-Unilever colleagues, handing them over-inflated job titles and no doubt matching massive corporate salaries. The growth strategy was reckless, the math didn't add up, and now they are aggressively slashing headcount to cover his tracks. Total lack of stability.
