Pros
A lot has changed since I started working at Boloo. Thanks to the confidence of the people at Boloo, I have been able to develop myself in the field of business. I have been given responsibility on important projects. This has been a good school where I have gained a lot of experience. Also on a personal level Boloo offers the space to grow. They like to invest in the self-development of their team. Boloo finds it important that the team can perform well under the right circumstances. Everyone can express their opinion within the company. There is no ranking you have to take into account. We all work towards the same goal and we know what needs to be done to achieve it. I am happy to work for Boloo and I strive to take on many more projects together with the team. I want to create, and I have every chance to do so within this company!
Cons
The transformation from a startup to a perfect company has brought some ambiguity but that was solved in no time! So I have no downsides about Boloo.
Pros
- Equality within the team everyone is being treated equally and this translates to a very open and fine workspace - Remote working working for Boloo is something that can be done from anywhere around the world, meetings are being held online - Personal development Boloo cares a lot about you, not only as an employee but especially as a person. They will do anything to let you grow personally. This is really a key aspect in my opinion, I've never experienced something like this the way Boloo does it. They actually really care about you. A better person is a better employee! - Structuring The team really does a very good job of organizing and structuring every aspect of the company. This is very unique for a startup company dealing with such rapid growth, but I also think this is key for further success. - Transparency
Cons
- Startup company This is basically the only con but within this con lie some more cons. Boloo is a startup company dealing with rapid growth which means that the company still has a lot of finetuning to do. Although things might be a little bit chaotic or not as streamlined at times, I just really look at this as a learning process in which I can really see how a startup company that hasn't really dealt with such rapid growth before now deals with this. I also think Boloo does a great job of handling this and there's a lot of awareness around this subject. The team really does it utmost best to eliminate any flaws or faults slowing the company down and also reinforcing what makes the company strong.
