Fun company to work with, never a dull moment. Worked my way up from a rank-and-file employee to an executive and was fortunate enough to receive a lot of excellent training here.

I don't have any at the moment. Like any growing company when they first start off there's going to be a to of ups and downs. The great thing is we learn from our mistakes and make improvements. I think the people that get upset are the ones who can't adapt with new changes as the company grows and expands. Its a given and we can't stay like the old company if we want to grow.

I've been working at BogeGroup for over a year now. I can easily say that this has been the most fulfilling company that I have ever worked for. This is not a typical 9–5. The expectations are high, the pace is fast, and there's very little room for coasting. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your results, work beyond standard hours when needed, and stay consistently sharp. Feedback is direct and honest, and you’ll be pushed to grow, which can be uncomfortable if you’re not used to it. But for those who thrive under pressure and want to be part of something big, these challenges are part of the appeal.
