Some kind people work there. Interesting idea for product.

Very high turnover. 3 CSMs before had left in a year or under. One AE had left after 4 months, at least 2 layoff in the last year. Some very smug commercial leadership. Do not expect to be onboarded or trained or supported by your manager. Your first 3 weeks of onboarding is a Google sheet with items to check off, you are very much on your own. Still an early startup culture where things change constantly and there is a lot of ambiguity.

The people are great The work is interesting and challenges you The product is also good and making an impact Lots of autonomy and trust Team lunches/days and offsites

Fast paced startup culture is not for everybody
