      Always keen to promote CPD staff opinion and input highly valued staff are known to each other, (not just a number) attitude

      does not pay for APC / Registrations CPD may require bonding wages lower than national competitors

      Colleagues and wonderful admin team

      Cons

      Absolute chaotic hiring process. So much micromanagement on capacities, but constantly hiring new people from overseas (UK,South Africa) when there is no real need. Your hours will be reduced at any moments notice, if the company ‘needs’ change. No real investment in CPD No support for new graduates
