Cons
Horrible work environment. The owners (Claudio and Brian) are businessmen who are trying to run a "medical" facility. They have zero respect for the mid-level practitioners, treat them like work horses that are hired to fire a laser. You go through so much school and you're literally only doing 2 things all do- removing hair or tattoos. You will never write a prescription, do a physical exam, make a medical diagnosis, or prescribe the most basic medication. Your whole body aches at the end of the day because it's manual labor and you're being bossed around by the manager that usually has no college degree and couldn't even tell you what dermatitis means. It's a complete joke. The hours are terrible and allow for zero work/life balance. Absolutely no room for growth and you will feel like you are becoming more stupid with each passing hour you're working there. Keep interviewing and find a real job where people actually respect your knowledge and all of the hard work you've done to become a mid-level practitioner.
