Pros
-Free gym membership. -Flexible work schedule. -Easy job duties, working at the counter -Management did not micromanage. They did not also seem to mind if you did homework while it was slow, as some coworkers did. -Location is great for commute if you go to BYU-Idaho or live near it
Cons
-Low pay at $10/hr -Gossipy and jealous counter girls. There was always drama and coworkers were mean. -Boys constantly asking you for your number/instagram, and then it being awkward when you turn them down but have to see them all the time because they go here. -Management played favorites. -Not much opportunity for advancement. Definitely just a temporary job while you're in college
